ABOUT THE PRACTICE
In the traditions of mediumship and spiritism, and working with my spirit guides and yours, I create a safe container to offer spirit driven divination sessions that use tarot as a vehicle to gain insights and counsel from the other realm on our lives in this realm. Unlike traditional tarot, emphasis is not placed on card interpretation and conventional spreads/ placement. Rather, the cards provide a channel for my spirits to communicate messages and what needs to be heard to the seeker.

Seekers have found sessions helpful for gaining clarity and insights on their overall life direction, to figure out what may need attention in their lives, to connect with ancestors or deepen their spiritual life, to identify new tools or rituals that may bring healing or encourage manifestation, or to explore matters around career, relationships, family, and more.

I conduct virtual and in person sessions at my spirit table in New Orleans Tuesday - Saturday with varying hours (book here). You can also find my spirit table popping up to offer mini sessions at different locations around New Orleans from queer night clubs to cafés to events to hotel lobbies to parks to city blocks. I also pop up in different cities and events including Oakland, LA, Seattle, DC, NYC, Atlanta, the Honcho campout, and conferences. Check Instagram and this site for updates on popups.

Two Waters Tarot exists in the tradition of the great Mother mediums and spiritualists for the people - Southern women of color mediums who were ostracized by wealthy white mediums and spiritualists, and created their own spaces to practice - driven by the urgent call to use their gifts for the healing of their communities and to serve as a vessel for channelling wisdom, insights, energy, and remedies to address the systemic and personal challenges that their people faced.
